BOWLING GREEN – The Bowling Green State University football program announced Thursday that it had made a change to its 2019 season schedule.
The Falcons originally had scheduled to open that season with a contest at Maryland on Thursday, Aug. 31. That game will move to Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024.
Bowling Green instead will play FCS member Morgan State at Doyt Perry Stadium on Thursday, Aug. 29 in 2019, giving the Falcons a sixth home game that season. BG is also scheduled to host Louisiana Tech at the Doyt on Saturday, Sept. 14 and will play four home Mid-American Conference games.
