BGSU men 6-2 after win over San Jose State

BOWLING GREEN — The Bowling Green State University men’s basketball team defeated San Jose State 85-79 at the Stroh Center Wednesday.

Justin Turner scored 27 points to lead four in double figures for the Falcons, who improved to 6-2 on the season. Springfield High School product Demajeo Wiggins posted a double-double with 17 points and 12 rebounds, while Derek Koch scored 14 and Rodrick Caldwell 11.

Ryan Welage finished with 23 points to lead San Jose State (2-4), which had only six players score points — although five finished in double figures.
