Sean Dyche insists the Clarets aren’t far away from getting it right.
Burnley’s three-match unbeaten run in the Premier League was halted by big defeats to the big guns of Manchester City and Chelsea.
Dyche admits his side hasn’t yet consistently hit the heights of last season, when just two defeats in the opening 10 games set the tone for a historic campaign.
But the Burnley boss believes they are heading back in the right direction as he prepares his players to go to West Ham United on Saturday.
Dyche said: “We know there’s still more to come from us.
