Reds fall 3-1 despite Homer Bailey's effort

So far this season, we’ve seen good Homer Bailey and bad Homer Bailey and little in between. Friday night was the good Homer Bailey, it’s just that the good Reds offense was nowhere to be found.

The Reds’ offense managed just four hits in a 3-1 loss to the Marlins in the series opener on Friday at Great American Ball Park.

Bailey gave up two runs in the first inning, but then added five scoreless, giving up eight total hits with two walks and three strikeouts.
