The Reds dropped their third straight game, falling 5-4 to the Marlins at Great American Ball Park on Saturday.
Here are the main storylines from Saturday’s game:
• Realmuto owns Stephenson: If it weren’t for Marlins catcher J.T. Realmuto, Robert Stephenson would have had a very nice outing on Saturday.
Instead, Realmuto hit two homers off of the Reds’ right-hander, both two-run homers following a Justin Bour single.
Realmuto hit an upper-deck shot in the second to give the Marlins a 3-2 lead and then one in the front row in left field in the sixth for a 5-3 Marlins lead.
