Clemson will lose a member of its tight end room to the transfer portal.
The Clemson Insider has confirmed that Josh Sapp will enter the portal when it opens on Friday.
The redshirt junior appeared in all 13 games for the Tigers this season, with one start, recording 11 catches for 150 yards.
Over his four years with the program, Sapp has reeled in 24 receptions for 273 yards, with two touchdowns. His father, Patrick Sapp, was a starting quarterback for the Tigers his first three years (1992-94, before moving to outside linebacker in 1995.
Sapp is the ninth player Clemson has lost to the portal and the first tight end.
