BALTIMORE — Josh Yaro and Keegan Rosenberry played alongside one another on Georgetown’s back line for three years. On Thursday, they remained side by side, this time in the interview room at Baltimore Convention Center after being selected by the Philadelphia Union with consecutive first-round picks in the MLS draft.
