The Green Bay Packers have a very interesting offseason ahead of them after their disappointing Wild Card playoff exit at the hands of the hated Chicago Bears. First and foremost, they need to decide if they want to retain Matt LaFleur as their head coach and, if so, come to terms on an agreement to make that happen. Then they need to develop a plan to address their cap issues (they are projected to be millions over as of right now). After that, they need to dive into what they will do with their long list of impending free agents.
