CHICAGO -- Bulls All-Star swingman Jimmy Butler will play against the Rockets on Saturday night, his first game since suffering a left knee strain a month ago.
Butler has not played since Chicago's Feb. 5 loss to the Denver Nuggets, missing the Bulls' last 11 games. Chicago went 3-8 during that stretch.
"Jimmy's ready to go," Bulls head coach Fred Hoiberg said after Saturday's shootaround. "He had a really good practice [Friday], came in this morning and made it through shootaround. So we'll monitor him throughout the day, but as of right now he's ready to go.
