The New York Jets know they have plenty of work ahead after a 3–14 debut season under Aaron Glenn and Darren Mougey. It’s fair to say that, at least for Glenn, the 2026 offseason already feels like a sink-or-swim moment for the regime.
The Jets will enter the offseason with glaring holes across the roster, none more pressing than quarterback — a familiar story for the franchise. Fortunately, they will be armed with ample cap space and, perhaps more importantly, significant draft capital to address those needs.
With that in mind, the Jets cannot afford to treat this offseason in a vacuum, especially if they plan to build around a young quarterback.
