Livingstone transferred to OU from Texas with still three years of eligibility left after the Longhorns seemingly ran him out of Austin to be able to go all in on incoming transfer Cam Coleman from Auburn. The Sooners ultimately beat out College Football Playoff finalist Indiana to get Livingstone to Norman.
