Real Salt Lake has discovered its scoring punch

So what gives?

"We have a lot of attackers on the field that can score and have scored before in the past," Real Salt Lake coach Jeff Cassar said Tuesday. "You really can't zero in on one person because somebody else will make you pay."

Cassar specifically noted the impact substitutions have made recently, too, saying "it's really nice when you have everybody knowing their role and doing their role really well."

Real will rely heavily on its offensive production against the Colorado Rapids on Saturday at Rio Tinto Stadium. Colorado is currently in fifth place in the Western Conference, but only one point separates the Rapids from Salt Lake.
