Giles Breaks Three-Point Record, Shockers Win 5th Straight

SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Wichita State picked up its fifth straight win and Kenyon Giles broke the single season three-point record in a 84-67 road win at UTSA Sunday night.

Wichita State (20-10, 12-5) recorded its first 20-win season since 2020 and maintains its second-place position in the American Conference standings with one game remaining.

Giles blistered the Roadrunners for 21 of his game-high 28 after halftime. With his five made three-pointers he ran his season total to 101, breaking the single season record at Wichita State. His record-breaking triple came with 11:23 remaining in the second half.
